Founded by Reine WILLIAMS, a Senior Public Finance Inspector and visionary leader holding degrees in Law and Finance, with an international certification in Project Management (PMP®️). She is currently completing her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and Business Law, bringing together deep institutional knowledge and real-world leadership experience to shape transformative education.
Williams Higher Institute (WHI) was born from a deep conviction: that every young Cameroonian deserves access to quality, affordable, and globally connected higher education.
